At ILVIA, we aim to provide a clear and secure shopping experience. Below is our official return and refund policy:

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • In its original condition

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging

    • With all included accessories (if applicable)


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

In case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • Receiving an incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
In such cases, ILVIA will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to improper use.

  • Products with removed or damaged original packaging that prevents resale.

  • Requests made after the return period has expired.


4. Return Process

  • Our team will coordinate with the customer to arrange product pickup through our shipping partner.

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

    • The item will be exchanged, or

    • A refund will be issued based on the agreed payment method.


5. Processing Time

Return or exchange requests are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
